How do credits work?

Credits are used to run AI agents in your projects. Different agent types require different amounts of credits based on their complexity and processing requirements.

What's the difference between subscription tiers?

We offer three tiers of subscriptions:

  • Idea: Entry-level plan with credits to get started validating your startup idea.
  • Launch: More credits per month for growing startups, plus CEA hire capability.
  • Scale: High credit volume for teams running multiple projects with CEA autonomously.
How do monthly project limits work?

Each subscription tier has a monthly limit on the number of projects you can create. The monthly period runs from your subscription start date to the next renewal date. Project limits reset at the beginning of each new subscription period. If you need more projects within a month, you can upgrade your subscription to a higher tier.

Users without a subscription can create up to 3 projects total.

How can I get more credits?

All subscription tiers allow you to purchase additional credits anytime to top up your balance. Simply visit the credits page to see the available credit packages for your subscription tier. These additional credits don't expire and remain in your account until used.

Do credits expire?

No, your purchased credits do not expire and will remain in your account until used.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
